The people behind Elite are former professional and D1 college basketball players. We’ve trained with the coaches the NBA pays to develop its biggest names. We’ve seen what real player development looks like up close — the drills that actually move a jumper, the cues that fix footwork in a single rep, the film sessions that change how you read the floor.

And we kept seeing the same thing: that level of coaching is almost impossible to access if you don’t already know someone. The best trainers in the world charge $300+ an hour and only take referrals. Most of them never leave LA. A generation of players in small towns, overseas, and outside the AAU machine grows up with no path to that coaching at all — no matter how badly they want it.

Today’s kids spend hours every day on their phones. The question isn’t how much screen time. The question is how many of those hours are going toward something. Elite turns those hours into reps. Real reps, designed by real coaches, in your hand — wherever you live, whoever you’re connected to.
